Movewell® 1HOUR online covers every consultation around medical findings, private training as well as physiotherapy and health promotion at work. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– ➔ work ergonomics incl. home office health promotion ➔ Posture and movement analysis ➔ Pain management ➔ Private training & movement coaching ➔ Rehab programs & training planing ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– - this service is not covered by health insurance, you'll have to pay on your own - sessions are held in German or English and are carried out online - where? – via Zoom at any place of your choosing - what? – loose sports clothes, if available – foam ball/roll, resistance band, training mat or other equipment - PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY BE TOLD TO TAKE OFF CLOTHES FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT
