The Body Check Up will give you answer to this question as its results show clearly whether you need hands-on treatment or can immediately jump into 1-on-1 fitness sessions. Private Training is your solution when you are pain-free and want to work on your personal fitness, performance and resilience. Physiotherapy whereas is meant to help you with pains, physical impairments, inflammation and rehabilitation before anything else. Our goal at Movewell is to always prioritize your health and functionality and help you perform at your personal best.
